Stage One
Supply and Application of Cementitious Waterproofing
AKASICOTE SUPER – Cement-Based Waterproofing W2
The cementitious waterproofing system is supplied and applied as a primary protective layer on walls before decorative plaster application. The surface is prepared by cleaning, repairing defects and moistening it, after which the two-component material consisting of cementitious powder and liquid polymer is applied to seal pores and prevent water penetration, with a total thickness ranging between 1.5–2 mm. The system enhances adhesion, helps prevent efflorescence and protects the façade from moisture and cracking, ensuring long-term performance and high stability of the final finishing layers whether applied over concrete or smooth plaster.

Supply and Application of Decorative Plaster
AKAPLAST – Colored Cementitious Plaster P1
The colored decorative plaster is supplied and applied as a primary layer within the exterior finishing system. It is applied over previously prepared surfaces using advanced cementitious materials reinforced with polymers and fibers to enhance flexibility and resistance to fine cracking. Professional application methods ensure uniform texture and color distribution. Specialized chemical additives improve color stability and help prevent fading over time. The plaster provides high resistance to rain, humidity, sunlight and temperature changes, delivering long-term façade performance and stability.

Supply and Application of Colored Acrylic Waterproofing
AKAROOFCOAT – Acrylic Waterproofing W1
The colored acrylic waterproofing is supplied and applied as the final protective layer within the exterior finishing system. It is applied over the decorative plaster after complete drying using high-quality water-based acrylic materials characterized by high flexibility and excellent resistance to water penetration. Application is carried out uniformly using a roller to ensure full coverage and a consistent surface while providing effective protection against sunlight, rain, humidity and temperature changes. This layer helps improve color stability, protects the surface from dirt and peeling, and extends the service life of the complete system while maintaining the façade's aesthetic appearance.
