Three Main Stages Form the Complete Waterproofing System
The system starts with surface preparation and crack treatment, followed by two W2 cementitious waterproofing coats and completed with two W1 acrylic waterproofing coats.

Two coats to waterproof the surface, seal pores and help prevent water penetration.

Two final coats providing flexible protection and improved resistance to rain and heat.
Application Sequence
A Clear Multi-Layer Application Process
The sequence starts by treating the surface first, then building the cementitious and acrylic waterproofing layers in order.
Clean the Roof and Open Cracks
Prepare the surface and treat crack locations before applying waterproofing materials.
Form the Cove
Form a professional cove where roof slabs meet vertical walls.
Waterproof the Cove with One Coat
Apply one waterproofing coat over the cove as part of junction preparation.
First W2 Coat
Start the cementitious waterproofing layer and seal surface pores.
Second W2 Coat
Complete the cementitious waterproofing system to help prevent penetration.
First W1 Coat
Begin the flexible acrylic protective layer over the waterproofing system.
Second W1 Coat
Complete the final protection layer and improve rain and heat resistance.
Surface Preparation & Treatment
Stage One
Prepare the Roof for Waterproofing
This stage prepares the roof before applying waterproofing materials. The surface is cleaned, cracks are opened, repaired and fully sealed, and a professional cove is formed where walls meet the roof floor.
Clean the surface and open cracks.
Form the cove at wall junctions.
Apply one waterproofing coat over the cove.
Stage Two
Apply W2 Cementitious Waterproofing
W2 - Two-Component Cementitious Waterproofing
W2 cementitious waterproofing is applied in two coats. The purpose is to seal pores, treat the surface and improve the watertightness of the multi-layer waterproofing system.
First W2 coat.
Second W2 coat.
Seal pores and reduce the possibility of penetration.
Stage Three
Apply W1 Acrylic Waterproofing
W1 - Elastomeric Acrylic Waterproofing
W1 is applied in two coats as a flexible protective layer over the waterproofing system to improve resistance to rain and heat and complete the roof protection system.
